Delete Your TechShup Account

TechShup is operated by Aryan Singh (Gurugram, India). This page explains how to request deletion of your TechShup account and the data associated with it. If you have any trouble, contact us at techshupsupport@dimssu.com.

How to request account deletion

1. From the email address linked to your TechShup account, send an email to techshupsupport@dimssu.com.
2. Use the subject line "Delete my TechShup account".
3. In the message, include the email address you use to sign in so we can locate your account.

We will verify the request and permanently delete your account within 30 days. We'll email you to confirm once it's done.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your account record (email address, display name, profile photo)
• Your reading / article-view history
• Your push-notification tokens

What data is kept, and for how long

• Security and abuse-prevention logs may be retained for up to 30 days after deletion, then permanently erased. These are not used for any other purpose.
• We do not retain any other personal data after the 30-day deletion window, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

Using TechShup without an account (guest mode)

If you used TechShup as a guest (without signing in), your data (an anonymous device ID and local reading history) is stored only on your device. You can remove it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app — no request is needed.
